Why Corpolates
Why Monika created Corpolates.
Corpolates began with a simple observation: office workers place demands on their body every day, but most workplace wellbeing support remains separate from the reality of work.
Employees do not always need another complex program. Often, they need one useful idea, one clear demonstration and one small action they can apply immediately.
Corpolates was created to make movement, posture and wellbeing easier to notice and easier to practise during the working day.
Small changes today can make a meaningful difference by the end of the day.
Her approach
Four ideas that shape every session.
Movement with purpose
Every exercise should respond to a real workplace need.
Simple before complicated
Useful habits should be easy to understand and repeat.
Support, not pressure
Wellbeing should feel encouraging and accessible.
Better awareness
The first step is often noticing how the body feels during the day.
Bring Monika's practical approach to your team.
Bring smarter movement into the workday.
Small changes for healthier, more energised teams.
